By accessing or using the Polyvia AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Polyvia AI provides a multimodal intelligence platform for financial enterprises. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service allows you to import data from third-party services, such as Google Drive. By using these features, you authorize us to access and process the data you select from these services. You acknowledge that your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide ensuring that the information is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Polyvia AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Polyvia AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Polyvia AI's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

8. For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by purchasing digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, you acknowledge and agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately and you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided.

Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
